It will ask credential of your google account and will set you up.<\/p>\n<p>By default all paid accounts have google apps sync enabled but if you want to disable or enable it, you can follow below steps:<\/p>\n<p>Turn on Google Apps Sync for your account:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the dashboard, click <strong>Apps<\/strong>, then click <strong>Google Apps<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Gmail <\/strong>&gt;<strong> User settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under Outlook &amp; Blackberry Support, check the <strong>Enable Google Apps Sync and Google Apps Connector for my users<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Google business free accounts:<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Google has disabled google apps sync for all free accounts and if you install google apps sync, it will hint you &#8220;Google Apps Sync&#8221; has been disabled on your domain.<\/p>\n<p>If you try to enable it, you will realize that below section does not exist in free version:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/e-techsup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/GoogleBussinessAppPaid.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-190\" src=\"http:\/\/e-techsup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/GoogleBussinessAppPaid.jpg\" alt=\"GoogleBussinessAppPaid\" width=\"1242\" height=\"313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/etechsup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/GoogleBussinessAppPaid.jpg 1242w, https:\/\/etechsup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/GoogleBussinessAppPaid-300x76.jpg 300w, https:\/\/etechsup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/GoogleBussinessAppPaid-1024x258.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1242px) 100vw, 1242px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>the alternative way to sync is to use third party software such as:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>gSyncit &#8211; software to sync Outlook calendars, contacts, notes and tasks with Google <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fieldstonsoftware.com\/software\/gsyncit3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">gSyncit<\/a>\u00a0is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook purposed for syncing calendars (as well as contacts, notes and tasks) between Outlook and Google. It also supports synchronization with Evernote, Dropbox and some other accounts and lets you edit Google calendar events imported into the Outlook calendar.<\/li>\n<li>CompanionLink for Google &#8211; This application can synchronize<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>calendars<\/em>,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>contacts<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>tasks<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>between Outlook and Google and lets you select the categories to be synced. Also, it does support syncing of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>multiple calendars<\/strong>, which is a big plus.
